Ginny Ciampa
Controller
Ginny Ciampa has served as the Controller for TransAction Associates and TransAction Corporate Shuttles for the last seven years. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance areas, as well as administering the company’s human resource programs. Ginny has a wide range of financial accounting experience to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow management, fiscal reporting, taxes, payroll, grant management, and budgeting. One of her primary responsibilities at TransAction is assisting Program Manager with their client budgets and monitoring spend levels. Prior to joining TransAction, Ginny was the Controller and Operations Manager of interlinkONE, a marketing software company, for many years. She also served as Vice President of Deposit Operations at Sterling Bank. She also has numerous certifications for compliance, HR, and is an enrolled agent to prepare tax returns.
