Women's Business Enterprise Certified
TransAction Associates is, and has always been, a woman-owned and operated business. The company was certified in February of 2006 as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE), in Boston, MA. CWE is a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC’s national standard of certification , is a meticulous process including an annual in-depth review of the business. In 2012, TransAction also became certified as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Small Business Administration (SBA). In addition, TransAction Associates and TransAction Corporate Shuttles are also WBE certified by the Commonwealth of MA Supplier Diversity Office.
By including women-owned businesses among their vendors, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.
